Science Based Fitness was founded on a simple idea: fitness advice should be grounded in evidence, not tradition or marketing. Drew — Fitness Coach & Founder

Drew brings over a decade of coaching experience spanning strength training, body composition, and athletic performance. His approach combines hands-on programming with a deep understanding of exercise science literature. Drew founded Science Based Fitness to bridge the gap between academic research and practical gym application — making the science accessible to everyone, not just those with a sports science degree.

Nate — Pro Bodybuilder & Strength Specialist

Nate is a competitive natural bodybuilder with extensive experience in both the science and the practice of hypertrophy training. Having competed at a high level while maintaining a commitment to evidence-based methods, Nate brings a unique perspective — he’s lived the process from both sides of the research. His contributions focus on practical training application, contest preparation, and advanced programming for experienced lifters.

Mikayla — Fitness & Lifestyle Coach

Mikayla is a certified fitness and lifestyle coach with a passion for making evidence-based health accessible to beginners and intermediate trainees. Mikayla believes that fitness should enhance your life, not consume it — and her practical, no-nonsense approach reflects that philosophy.
